Massage day tips

 
  • Plan ahead for downtown parking and construction. Give yourself an extra 10-15 minutes to arrive on time. 

  • Stay well hydrated after your massage. Spring water and/or electrolytes recommended. This will help with any soreness.

  • Light stretching and/or bath after your massage to maximize massage benefits. (Bath soak bags available in the studio.)

  • Avoid alcohol the day before, of and after your massage. Alcohol can dehydrate and weaken the immune system. Therefore canceling out benefits of the massage.
